Herman Van Der Kamp

Herman Van Der Kamp has over 30 years of professional experience in sales and business development. Herman began their career in 1991 as a Sales & Marketing Manager for Ferro Corporation, where they had P/L responsibility for Ferro's Complex Inorganic Color Pigment Business. Herman then served as a Sales Engineer, Product Manager, and Sales & Service Engineer for Ferro Corporation. In 2004, they became a Business Owner/Consultant for Armslag Beheer B.V. In 2007, they were a Business Manager for Laboratory Chemicals and Clinical Chemistry for MALLINCKRODT BAKER B.V. (now Avantor). From 2008-2019, they were a Sales Director, Corporate Account Manager, and Regional Sales Manager for Perstorp Group. Finally, in 2021, they began their current role as Business Development Manager for ChainCraft B.V. During their time at Corbion, they had Global Key Account responsibility with a focus on the Agricultural and Chemical markets, and achieved over budget performance with an annual sales growth of 9.1% from 2019 to 2020.

Herman Van Der Kamp completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnic The Hague between 1985 and 1989. Herman then attended Post graduate Polytechnic in Dordrecht and obtained a B.Sc. in Industrial Sales between 1989 and 1990. Finally, they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Haagse Hogeschool University in The Hague, part-time, between 2000 and 2003, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
