Murilo Cortina

Murilo Cortina has had a varied career in the financial services industry. In 2016, they completed an internship at J.P. Morgan's Private Bank. In 2018, they worked in Business Development and Project Management at Grant Thornton. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Dunamis Trading Group as an Investor Relations, where they were responsible for leading the process of opening a crypto fund to external clients, raising funds from institutional and HNWI clients, and conducting end-to-end Due Diligence processes. From 2022 to present, they have worked at ChainLink Capital Management as a Business Development, where they have been involved in structuring and capital raising in a crypto FoF, as well as crypto VC research and production of specific crypto content. Murilo is also currently working at Empiricus as a Crypto Researcher, where they research new crypto projects and manages a portfolio of selected projects, as well as prepares internal and external reports covering the global macro environment and the universe of crypto as a whole.

Murilo Cortina recently completed a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Business from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2014 and 2018.
