Manavi Baveja has a range of work experience in talent management and development roles. Manavi is currently the Head of Talent Management and Culture at Chainlink Labs since May 2023. Prior to this, they held various positions at Uber, including Global Leader of Organization Development, Head of People Development for Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific, Head of People Development for APAC, and Head of People Development for India. Manavi also has experience at Schneider Electric as a Senior Manager in Talent Management and OD, and at EXL Service as a Manager in Talent Development and HR Business Partner. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant at Right Management and as a Team member at Chrysalis HRD.
Manavi Baveja completed a Diploma in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management in 2012-2013. Manavi also obtained an M.A degree in Organizational Behavior (Psychology) from Delhi University during the period of 2004-2006. In addition, Manavi Baveja holds a certification as a Certified Coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder centered Coaching. Manavi has also obtained several additional certifications, including Insights Discovery Practitioner from Insights in May 2019, DDI front line Manager training from Development Dimensions International in 2014, and Hogan Assessments from ThreeFish Consulting India.
