Redwan Meslem

Redwan Meslem has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Redwan currently works at ChainSafe Systems as a Team Lead in Project Management. Prior to that, they were a Technical Project Manager at the same company. In 2020, Redwan founded Lease On The Block, where they focused on using Smart contracts to reduce fraud risks in affordable leases in NYC. Redwan also worked as an Executive Consultant for seed funding at 0TenTic8, coordinating inputs between VC, executive teams, and partners. Redwan took a hiatus from their corporate career to study hospitality operational excellence and co-invested in a family restaurant called Au Sans Chichi. Before that, they were an Executive Consultant in Business Development at Hi Commerce, where they worked directly with the CEO on product sale governance and go-to-market strategy. Redwan also gained project management experience at Crédit Agricole CIB, leading global projects in capital market operations and facilitating management discussions. Redwan successfully led the migration of corporate action alerting systems and back office money market teams. Earlier in their career, Redwan worked at Safran, where they served as an IT Program Manager, aligning global finance operations with IT strategic roadmaps and implementing budget management systems. Redwan also worked on a strategic project to collect and analyze purchasing data from various entities within Safran. Overall, Redwan has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a diverse range of expertise in project management, finance operations, and business development.

Redwan Meslem completed their education as follows:

- From 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Management Information Systems, General at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.

- Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Université de Rouen.

- From 2005 to 2007, Redwan attended Institut national des Sciences appliquées de Rouen, but did not graduate with a degree.

In addition to their education, Redwan Meslem has acquired several certifications. These include Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from KnowledgeHut in 2021, Blockchain Developer Bootcamp from ConsenSys Academy in 2020, and Blockchain: Foundations and Use Cases from ConsenSys Academy in 2019. Moreover, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Cegos and the ITIL v3 foundation certification, both in 2012. Most recently, in July 2021, Redwan became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through Scrum Alliance.
