Eric Ogor

Eric Ogor has a diverse work experience in the field of behavioral science, UX research, and data analysis. Currently, they are working as a Behavioral Scientist ll at ChaiOne, where they apply their expertise in behavioral science to contribute to various projects. Prior to this, they worked as a Behavioral Scientist l and a UX Research Intern at ChaiOne.

Eric also has experience working as a Data Specialist at Weld North Education, where they ensured the seamless onboarding and rostering of students, teachers, and system administrators into online education services and platforms. Eric effectively managed data and communicated with Account Managers and District Administrators.

Earlier in their career, Eric served as a UX Research Intern at End To End User Research, where they played a significant role in conducting user-centered design projects for renowned clients such as Dell and HP. Eric excelled in developing test plans, moderating sessions, analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive reports. Additionally, they led targeted recruitment efforts and provided logistical support for various research projects.

Eric has also worked as a Field Research Supervisor at the U.S. Census Bureau, where they led a team of enumerators in the NRFU operation and personally conducted over 500 interviews. Eric effectively utilized field data capture tools to collect and analyze population reports.

Furthermore, Eric has completed a UX Research & Design Apprenticeship at Springboard, where they gained hands-on experience and knowledge in user research best practices, usability analysis, and user-centered design.

Eric Ogor completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology at Baylor University from 2015 to 2018. Eric then pursued a Master of Science degree in Psychology at the University of North Texas, which they are expected to complete from 2020 to 2023. In 2019 to 2020, Eric obtained a degree in UX Design from Springboard. Eric also holds several additional certifications, including User Research - Methods & Best Practices and Human-Computer Interaction - HCI from Interaction Design Foundation in August 2020 and June 2020, respectively. Furthermore, Eric obtained the Springboard UX Design certification from Springboard in June 2020 and Sketch Essential Training: The Basics certification from LinkedIn in October 2017.
