Shelley Stancik Smith is a Corporate Regulatory Manager at Chairmans Foods since February 2016, overseeing regulatory functions for new product development across three facilities and ensuring compliance with packaging regulations. Previously, Shelley held various roles related to quality assurance and regulatory affairs, including R&D Food Technologist and Regulatory, Quality and Regulatory Specialist, and QA/QC Technician at Chairmans Foods, as well as a Lab Technician at Oberto Brands. Shelley’s professional experience includes managing shelf life studies, writing Standard Operating Procedures, and performing microbiological testing. With a Master of Science in Agriculture, Food Science & Management from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Texas A&M University, Shelley brings a strong educational background to the food industry.
