Nik Haggerty

Nik Haggerty has an extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Nik is currently the Head of Retail, Supply Chain & ERP Technology at Chalhoub Group since September 2022. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, they were the Global Head of Information & Digital Technology (IT) - Supply Network Ops & Product at British American Tobacco. In this role, Nik led the technology for BAT's global supply chain operations and product development functions, managing the IT strategy, transformation, and ongoing operations.

Before joining British American Tobacco, Nik worked at Deloitte from 2009 to 2019. Nik held various roles including Director - Commercial & Delivery, SupplyCycle where they focused on developing data-driven products for clients, and Senior Manager | Supply Chain Analytics where they led the supply chain analytics component of Deloitte's UK Consulting team. Earlier in their career at Deloitte, they served as a Supply Chain Improvement Consultant and a Supply Chain Consultant, working with global organizations in the consumer products and retail industries to transform their operations.

Nik has a track record of delivering successful projects and driving improvements in supply chain processes for their clients.

Nik Haggerty holds a BSc in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). They also obtained the ACMA CGMA degree in CIMA from BPP Professional Education. Additionally, they have achieved various certifications, including Certified Safe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., AI for Business Leaders - Nanodegree from Udacity, Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and LeanIX Certified Enterprise Architecture Practitioner from LeanIX.
