Ruta Sukackaite is an experienced recruitment professional with a history of working in various roles within the recruitment industry. Currently serving as an Area Manager at Challenge-trg Group since November 2022, Ruta has also held positions at PMP Recruitment since November 2014, including Account Manager and Site Consultant. Prior experience includes being a Recruitment Consultant at Abacus Recruitment & Training Services (UK) Ltd from November 2010 to October 2014. Specializing in staffing solutions across engineering, manufacturing, mechanical, production, cleaning, and catering sectors, Ruta has demonstrated expertise in managing high-volume temporary and permanent recruitment and ensuring compliance with AWR legislation.
