Ellington Arnold

Ellington Arnold currently serves as Manager of the U.S.-Africa Business Center at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this role, Arnold was a Legislative Aide for Loudoun County Government, where responsibilities included monitoring legislative agendas and drafting legislation. Experience as a Country Desk Officer with the Peace Corps involved advocacy for three country posts in Southern Africa and liaising with stakeholders. Arnold previously managed an entrepreneurship portfolio at the United States African Development Foundation, providing funding and support to social enterprises across Sub-Saharan Africa. Early career includes roles in development and outreach with organizations such as Organic Health Response and GBCHealth, alongside international service as a Preventive Health Volunteer with the Peace Corps in Senegal.
