Gary Litman

Gary Litman has been with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce since March 1995, holding various leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Global Initiatives and Vice President of International Strategic Initiatives. In these roles, Gary has developed advocacy programs focused on international economic institutions and cross-regional challenges. Prior to the Chamber, Gary practiced law at the Law Offices of Stewart and Stewart as an Associate Attorney from May 1992 to March 1995, and earlier worked as a Patent Researcher at Litman Law Offices and a Summer Associate at S.G. Archibald. Gary holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, along with a Master's degree in Rare Earth and Non-Ferrous Metallurgy from the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS" in Moscow.
