Raymond P. Towle, IOM, CAE, has extensive experience in association management and nonprofit leadership. Since July 2003, Towle has served in various roles at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, currently as Vice President of Federation Relations and Grassroots Advocacy, a position held since January 2015 after previously serving as executive director. Additionally, Towle is Vice President of the Institute for Organization Management, an educational program focused on nonprofit management. Prior to this, Towle was Vice President of Member Resources at the American Society of Association Executives, where oversight included a significant annual dues revenue and departmental expenses. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of the Public Policy Division at ASAE. Towle holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Maryland.
