Austin Backus

Austin Backus is a seasoned Technical Recruiter currently employed at Chameleon Consulting Group LLC since November 2021, focusing on hiring for various technical positions to support national security missions. Prior experience includes serving as a Technical Recruiter and Cyber Recruiter at Parsons Corporation from May 2016 to November 2021, where the emphasis was on recruiting talented software developers for the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. Additionally, Austin has experience as a Recruiter at Kingfisher Systems and has worked as a High School Teacher at Trinity Christian School from August 2008 to August 2016.
