Staci N. Ward

Staci N. Ward has extensive experience in education since 2004, currently serving as the Novice Teacher Mentor Program Coordinator and Instructional Coach K-5 at Champaign Unit 4 Schools. In this role, Staci N. Ward collaborates with classroom teachers to enhance instructional practices, plans professional development, and chairs the Professional Development committee. Previous positions include District Reading Recovery Team Teacher and Literacy Interventionist, focusing on individualized literacy instruction for struggling students. Staci N. Ward has also worked as an Illinois Virtual Instructional Coach, Reflective Seminar Leader at Golden Apple Foundation, and Teach Plus Illinois Policy Fellow, contributing to educational equity and teacher development. Education includes a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and certifications as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner and Certified Professional Coach from iPEC Coaching.
