James McCormick

James McCormick is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in both firefighting and property management. Currently serving as a Firefighter for the City of Winooski since May 2021, James also holds the position of Property Manager at Champlain Housing Trust, where responsibilities include cross-department collaboration and project management. Previously, James managed a rental portfolio at Burlington Housing Authority and served in various analytical roles, including Data Analyst at Definitive Healthcare and Industry Analyst at HIMSS Analytics.
