Kate Gerheim

Kate Gerheim has a strong work experience in the insurance industry. Kate started their career at Amica Mutual Insurance Co. in 2004, where they held the role of Account Manager and Sr. Account Manager until 2007. Kate then joined Amica Insurance in 2008 and took on various roles, including Sales & Client Supervisor and Managing Director. During their time at Amica Insurance, Kate successfully transformed underperforming customer contact centers into high-performing operations and tripled staffing. In 2023, they joined Champlain Insurance Group as the Director of Underwriting Operations and Talent.

Kate Gerheim earned a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Religious Studies from St. Lawrence University from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a high school bridging year for math and science at The Clarkson School and received a High School Diploma from Clarkson University in 2001. Kate attended Plattsburgh Senior High School from 1997 to 2001.
