Karen Franco has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Karen started their career in 2015 as a Youth and Young Adult Services Intern at the American Red Cross, where they communicated with volunteers and assisted in administering the internship program.
Karen then worked as a Breakout Leader at Princeton University's Pace Center for Civic Engagement, where they co-led a road trip and conducted research on the immigration climate in New England states.
