Refaya Ulina Meliala

Refaya Ulina Meliala is an experienced professional in Human Capital Management and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), currently serving at PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk since September 2018. In the role of People Development and Community Development Officer, Refaya is accountable for the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of over 30 CSR projects centered on health, education, social environment, and economy, as well as conducting social assessments and strategic stakeholder engagement. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive at KOMPAS GRAMEDIA, where Refaya facilitated advertising processes and developed creative packages for digital and print media. Refaya participated in the JENESYS 2.0 program, a student exchange initiative by the Japanese government, which included a week-long cultural immersion in Japan. Refaya holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Indonesia, completed in 2017.
