Theresia Budiyanti

Theresia Budiyanti is an accomplished IT and digital transformation leader with extensive experience in the technology and HR sectors. Currently serving as the IT & Digital Transformation General Manager at PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk since November 2017, Theresia has previously held managerial roles in digital transformation and HR digitalization. Theresia's career began at Accenture in April 2006, where a diverse range of projects, including SAP HR implementations, HR transformations, and change management initiatives, were undertaken, with notable contributions to clients like Chevron Corporation. Theresia also conducted organizational research at Accenture UK focused on mitigating risks in card payment systems for retail organizations. Academically, Theresia holds an MSc in IT, Management and Organisational Change from Lancaster University and a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Indonesia.
