Dorothy Liu (劉 百麗) is a seasoned executive and leadership coach with extensive experience in business strategy and organizational consulting. As the founder and principal of Resonant Strategies, LLC since March 2018, Dorothy emphasizes inclusive leadership and social transformation. Currently serving as a coach for Change Coaches and ImpactParents, Dorothy focuses on leadership development and behavior management training for families facing ADHD challenges. Additionally, as coaching faculty at LEAP (Leadership Education For Asian Pacifics), Dorothy is committed to promoting equality for Asian and Pacific Islanders. Dorothy's previous roles include founding principal at Velatrio and various leadership positions at Microsoft and SGI. Dorothy holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by certifications in coaching from The Co-Active Training Institute and Columbia Business School.
