Nick Hearn

Nick Hearn is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in digital innovation and project delivery. Currently serving as the Digital Innovation Team Leader at Change Grow Live since July 2019, Nick manages asset management projects that enhance services for staff and users. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager while self-employed, and managing a significant desktop refresh project at Hampshire County Council. Nick also held directorial responsibilities at HY PM LIMITED, worked as an ICT Consultant for Brighton and Hove City Council, and managed various projects at IBM and Ericsson. Nick's professional foundation includes a Post Graduate Certificate of Education from Brighton Polytechnic and a BSc (Hons) in Applied Biology from Liverpool Polytechnic.
