Mary Lohman-Vargas

Mary Lohman-Vargas is an experienced project manager currently leading initiatives at Change & Innovation Agency as of November 2021. Previously, Mary served as a program manager for the SC Department of Health and Human Services from April 2019 to November 2021, and as the recovery grants and finance manager at the South Carolina Emergency Management Division from April 2018 to March 2019. Earlier roles include project manager at the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control from March 2017 to March 2018, and executive director at Girls on the Run of Columbia from January 2010 to March 2017. Mary holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and Public Health, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Spanish, both from the University of South Carolina.
