Kristin Colier

Kristin Colier is an experienced strategist and leader in user experience and customer experience design, currently serving as a Strategist at Changing Work since April 2024. As the Founder and CEO of Visionary Strategies, Kristin focuses on mindfulness, human factors, and experience design through coaching and consulting. Prior roles include UXR Project Manager for Google Search at Brilliant Muse, Lead Customer Experience Strategist at AT&T, and Director of Customer Experience and Strategy at Company.com. Kristin's earlier experience includes positions at The Home Depot, Radius 3, Texas Instruments, Pipeline Communications, and SofNet, contributing to a strong foundation in strategic planning, user experience analysis, and project management. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from SUNY Oneonta.
