Naomi Sesay FRSA has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Naomi currently holds the position of Head of Creative Diversity at Channel 4, where they started in February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Trainer and Keynote Speaker at APS Intelligence from February 2021 to December 2021. Naomi also served as a Keynote Speaker and Corporate Trainer at Swiipe Ltd from November 2019 to February 2021.

Naomi previously worked at Channel 4 as an On-Screen Diversity Executive from May 2018 to February 2020. Before that, they held roles at Media Trust, including Head of Innovation & Diversity from January 2018 to April 2018, and Head of Youth Media Engagement from April 2014 to April 2018. At Media Trust, they trained and led a team of media trainers, worked on increasing diversity in the creative industries, and trained corporate media professionals on mentoring skills.

Earlier in their career, Naomi owned the Billionaire Ladies Club from March 2008 to April 2014, where they actively supported female entrepreneurs in creating wealth. Naomi also served as a Director at Global Infinity from 2005 to 2011 and as a Professional Speaker at Tigrent Learning from April 2004 to August 2009.

Naomi's career started at Granada - Channel 4 as a Freelance Producer/Director from June 1998 to June 2003. Naomi also worked at MTV as a Presenter and Producer from June 1993 to June 1998.

Naomi Sesay FRSA attended Brunel University London from 1987 to 1991, where they completed a degree in European Business Studies. Additionally, they attended Acland Burghley School, although the dates and degrees attained from this institution are not provided.
