Stephen Hunwick has a significant work experience history in various roles within the IT and financial sectors.

Stephen started their career in 1999 at NatWest as an Incident Manager and later worked at Royal Bank of Scotland Business as a Problem Manager, Production Acceptance Analyst, and Senior Change Assurance Analyst.

In 2010, they joined the BBC and held positions as Change and Release Manager and Pipeline Manager in their Future Media division.

Stephen then moved to the Financial Conduct Authority as a Service Transition Manager before joining Channel 4, where they worked as a Service Operations Analyst, ITIL Lead Process Manager, and currently serves as the Service Portfolio Lead.

Stephen Hunwick has an MSc in Music Information Technology from City, University of London (2000-2002). Stephen also has a BA (Hons) in Sonic Arts from Middlesex University. Additionally, they hold a National Diploma in Engineering (Electrical & Mechanical) from Thurrock College and a First Diploma in Engineering (Electrical & Mechanical) from the same institution. Stephen's secondary education was completed at St Clere's Comprehensive. Stephen has obtained various certifications in ITIL, including ITIL 4 Digital & IT Strategy, ITIL 4 Strategic Leader, ITIL 4 Managing Professional, ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition, and ITIL Expert V3 (2011 Edition). Stephen is also certified in Service And Integration Management (SIAM) and holds certifications in IT Service Management, including Continual Service Improvement, Foundation, and Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management. Stephen has completed certifications in Scrum Master, Management of Risk, and Problem Management.
