Phr/Shrm-Cp Jeff Masters

Jeff Masters, PHR/SHRM-CP has work experience as an HR Director at Channel Fusion from August 2014 until present. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at the same company from May 2008 to August 2014. Before joining Channel Fusion, Jeff was an HR Generalist at GemStone Systems from September 2004 to May 2008. In their roles, Jeff has been involved in various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation analysis, performance evaluation, and policy development and implementation.

Jeff Masters, PHR/SHRM-CP, earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa, where they studied from 1996 to 2002. In 2003, they attended Portland State University and obtained a Certificate in Human Resources, completing the program in 2004. Jeff then obtained additional certifications, including the PHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2013, and the SHRM-CP from SHRM in January 2015.
