Jim Kelly has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Jim began their career in 1995 as a Product Manager at Tellabs. In 1996, they moved to Nortel, where they held the roles of Product Management Leader and Product Commercialisation Senior IT Architect. In 2009, they joined Avaya as a Senior IT Business Analyst/Solution/Enterprise Architect. In 2017, they returned to Channel Mechanics as a Professional Services Team Manager and Program Manager. In 2020, they moved to AMCS Group as the Head of Global Services Engineering. Currently, they are the Head of Business Analysis at Channel Mechanics.

Jim Kelly attended the University of Limerick from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics.
