Dominic Foulkes

Dom Foulkes is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in broadcast and online services. Currently serving as the Online Engineering Manager at Channel 4 since November 2020, Dom leads project delivery and support for streaming services, focusing on live encoding, workflow automation, and content security. Previously, at DAZN from April 2017 to November 2020, Dom managed the Broadcast Projects Engineering function and oversaw significant infrastructure developments. Dom's early career included roles as Senior Live Project Engineer at Perform Group and Technical Manager at Techex, where responsibilities spanned technical design and project delivery for broadcast systems. Additionally, Dom held a Project Technical Lead position at Comux UK and started as a Theatre Technician at Aylesbury Vale District Council. Dom holds a BSc (Hons) in Broadcasting Technology & Network Engineering from Staffordshire University.
