Gwawr Martha Lloyd

Gwawr Martha Lloyd is an accomplished drama commissioning editor with extensive experience in the television industry. Currently serving as the Drama Commissioning Editor at Channel 4 since September 2019, Gwawr previously held the position of Drama Commissioner at S4C from May 2012 to May 2019, where responsibilities included commissioning drama content, managing budgets, and developing content strategies. Prior experience includes working as a producer for BBC Drama from October 2007 to June 2012, leading teams in script editing and production for notable series such as "Merlin" and "Mistresses." Gwawr also contributed as an assistant producer at Ecosse Films and as a script editor at BBC from 2003 to 2007. Educational background includes attendance at Aberystwyth University.
