Karla Berry has extensive experience in media distribution and partnerships, currently serving as the Head of Distribution & Partnerships at Channel 4 since July 2005, where significant contributions to commercial and contractual partnerships support the organization's digital-first transformation. Previous roles at Channel 4 include Distribution & Platform Partnerships Leader, Senior Distribution Manager, and Commercial Lead for DVD/DTO/SVOD, focusing on negotiating and delivering commercial opportunities. Prior to Channel 4, Karla held positions as Head of Sales & Marketing at VCI / 2entertain and Product Manager at Paramount Home Entertainment. Karla Berry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies from Kingston University.
