Matilda Ho is an experienced Reward & Benefits Data Insights Analyst at Channel 4 since September 2018, contributing to analytics within the Reward & Benefits space and building comprehensive Total Reward Statements. Matilda co-hosts the 4Us Podcast, fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity through employee stories. Previous roles include People/HR Analyst, Reward Analyst, and Consumer & Strategy Apprentice, showcasing a strong background in data analysis and HR priorities. Matilda began a career in retail at Hotel Chocolat, progressing from Sales Advisor to Acting Store Manager, and holds a data analytics qualification from Arch Apprentices in collaboration with Imperial College London, following studies at Queen Mary's College.
