Matthew Bell, an Associate Member of CIPD, currently serves as a People Partner and Employee Relations Lead at Channel 4 since December 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew accumulated significant experience at Metro Bank (UK) from October 2012 to November 2022, holding various positions including People Partner, People Advisor, Store Manager, and Assistant Store Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at Banco Santander from October 2010 to September 2012, where Matthew excelled as Service & Control Manager, Lead Cashier, and Cashier. Matthew is pursuing advanced CIPD qualifications, with a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management expected between April 2024 and December 2026, and has also completed a Level 5 qualification in Human Resources Management and Services since 2020.
