Sarah Tegerdine

Sarah Tegerdine MCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people development and organizational growth. Currently serving as Head of People Partnering at Channel 4 since June 2020, Sarah previously held senior HR roles at Bauer Media Group – UK, where contributions as Head of HR and Development supported the execution of the growth strategy and management of top talent. Earlier roles include Head of HR at Emap Radio Ltd. and Frontline, where strategic restructuring and cultural transformation initiatives were implemented. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Strategic HR Management and Development from The University of Salford and a Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
