Chris Kikuta

Chris Kikuta currently serves as the Director of People Operations at CHAOS Industries since October 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of People Operations at Ruggable® from September 2019 to October 2024, and as Assistant Director of Legal & Compliance at Advanced Fresh Concepts Franchise Corporation from June 2016 to September 2019. Chris also worked as Manager of Human Resources & General Affairs at KOBELCO COMPRESSORS AMERICA INC. between June 2013 and June 2016, and held a similar position at Mitsuwa Corporation from May 2010 to June 2013. Chris holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Certification in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Law, completed between January 1995 and January 1998.
