Michael Harper is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in insolvency and restructuring. As a Partner at Chapman Tripp since September 2003, Michael has advised high-profile clients, including Solid Energy's lenders during a significant voluntary administration, KordaMentha for multiple receiverships, and various distressed companies on financial restructuring. Prior roles include Head of Legal at Devonshire Capital and Senior Associate at Allen & Overy, along with a foundational position as a Solicitor at Russell McVeagh.
