Thomas Kessler

Thomas Kessler has a diverse work experience in engineering and project management roles. Thomas has worked at Char-Broil since 2018, serving as the Sr. Director of Engineering and previously holding positions as Sr. Director of Global PMO and Advanced Development, Director of Project Management Office & Advanced Development, and Director of Project Management Office. Prior to Char-Broil, Thomas worked at Whirlpool Corporation starting in 2004. Thomas held roles such as Advanced Engineering Technology & Program Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Systems Engineer. Thomas'sresponsibilities included leading global engineering teams, managing external research partnerships, and overseeing the development of laundry products. Thomas has experience in cross-functional collaboration and has worked on projects in various regions, including Europe, Asia, and North America.

Thomas Kessler attended the Technische Universität Dresden from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering. In addition, they received a certification in Learning Design Sprints from LinkedIn in May 2022.
