Todd Clarmo

Todd Clarmo is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef at Charcoal Group of Restaurants since January 2017, Todd has previously held the position of Executive Chef at The Indie Alehouse Brewing Company from September 2013 to January 2017, and at Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto® from January 2011 to September 2013. Additionally, Todd contributed as Corporate Executive Chef at Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants from January 1994 to August 2008. Todd's formal culinary education was completed at Niagara College from 1985 to 1987.
