Arun Seshadri

Arun Seshadri has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Arun is currently the Director - People Success at Chargebee, where they lead global HR digital transformation and operations, including the implementation of Success Factors and managing vendor and consultant relationships.

Prior to this, Arun worked at Accenture as a Delivery & Transformation Leader from 2018 to 2021. In this role, they managed transitions and transformations for HR and Finance processes, implemented ERP systems, and introduced new tools like Celonis and Walkme. Arun also provided consulting services to clients on digital marketing processes and achieved business outcomes through analytics-driven operations.

From 2016 to 2018, Arun served as a Service Delivery and Consulting Leader at State Street Syntel, where they led strategic projects and operations for banking clients. Arun focused on change management, establishing strong client partnerships, and identifying improvement areas. Arun also implemented gamification for training, resulting in enhanced engagement and learning for teams.

Prior to that, at State Street Syntel from 2014 to 2016, Arun was a Senior Manager responsible for leading corporate actions accounting teams and driving strategic projects and consulting initiatives. Arun implemented various processes and strategies to optimize teams and reduce errors, resulting in significant cost savings.

Arun also has experience at SS&C GlobeOp as a Manager - Valuations, where they worked closely with clients to fulfill their requirements, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Arun developed and implemented client service strategies while building positive relationships with clients.

Arun began their career at Caliber Point (formerly Hexaware BPS) in 2004, where they held various roles such as Project Lead - Delivery and Sr. Manager. Arun played a pivotal role in establishing the HRO practice, leading transitions, and managing account management functions for the BFSI sector.

Arun Seshadri has a diverse educational background spanning various fields of study. In 1997 to 1999, they attended I.C.L college and obtained an H.S.C degree in Science. From 2000 to 2004, they pursued a B.E degree in Instrumentation from the A.C.Patil College of Engineering and also attended Scholastics during the same period. In 2004, they completed their B.E degree from the University of Mumbai.

In 2019 to 2020, Arun pursued an Executive MBA in Business Analytics from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). In 2021, they enrolled in the XLRI - VIL Programs and completed a program in Transformational Leadership. The following year, in 2022, they attended XLRI Delhi and earned a Post Graduation degree in People Analytics.

Additionally, Arun has obtained certifications in the SAP SuccessFactors Platform and Employee Central Core from SAP in 2022.
