Senior Manager - HR Business Partner at Chargebee

Prashant Gopalia has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning various companies and roles. Prashant is currently working at Chargebee as a Human Resources Business Partner for the Product & Technology division since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Lead HR Business Partner at Flipkart for the Technology, Product, Data Science, and Program Management teams from April 2019 to June 2021. Before that, they held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Flipkart, where they managed 150 employees across different business teams and worked closely with business leaders on people strategy and initiatives from November 2017 to March 2019. Prashant also started their HR career at Flipkart as a Management Trainee in the Talent Management Team from December 2016 to November 2017.

Before joining Flipkart, Prashant briefly worked at Atos as an Associate Manager in Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for the global roll-out of HR Shared Services Program in India and served as the Chief of Staff for the India HR Head from July 2016 to December 2016.

Additionally, they gained internship experience at NIVEA India and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited in fieldwork roles. Prashant also interned at Flipkart, where they worked on projects related to corporate training, mentorship programs, and business operations from April 2015 to May 2015.

Prashant began their professional career as a System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked from March 2010 to June 2014.

Prashant Gopalia obtained a Master's Degree in HRM&LR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Laxmi devi Institute of Engineering & Technology from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Prashant Gopalia also obtained a certification in "Creating a High Performance Culture" from LinkedIn in December 2019.
