Priya started their career in 2013 at CSC as a Business Analyst - Oracle Financials Consultant, where they specialized in Oracle E-Business Suite Application setup and documentation. Priya collaborated with stakeholders for requirement gathering and documented the gathered requirements into Business and Functional Requirements Documents.

In 2015, Priya joined foodpanda as a Business Analyst - Delivery Ops, where they focused on process management and business analytics for delivery operations. Priya used data analysis to make decisions aimed at reducing customer complaints.

From 2017 to 2019, Priya worked at Sonim Technologies as a Senior Analyst - After Sales & Customer Success. Their responsibilities included forecasting field returns, conducting detailed monthly smartphone returns analysis, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for after-sales operations.
