Sammie Gibson

Senior Customer Success Manager at Chargebee

Sammie Gibson has a diverse range of work experience spanning several companies and roles. They began their career at Vibes in 2014 as a Customer Success Associate, and later became a Customer Success Manager. In 2017, Sammie moved to RhinoDox, where they held the positions of Senior Customer Success Manager and eventually Head of Customer Engagement. They then worked as an MBA Consultant at ReliaSol in 2021. Continuing their career in 2021, Sammie became the Co-President of the Entrepreneurship Club at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Currently, they are working at Chargebee as a Senior Customer Success Manager, starting in 2022.

Sammie Gibson completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from the University of Dayton, from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Sammie obtained a certification in Design Thinking Facilitation from the DesignThinkers Academy in January 2023.
