Sphurti Joglekar has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sphurti is currently working as a Senior Manager - Marketing Programs and Strategy at Chargebee since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Vice President - Strategy and Analytics at Cogitaas from December 2020 to October 2022, where they managed analytics projects for large multinational companies in the FMCG and automobile industries. Their responsibilities included pricing and promo optimization across various e-commerce platforms using marketing mix models and scenario planning.

Before their role at Cogitaas, Sphurti held various positions in different organizations. From May 2019 to December 2020, they worked as an Associate Vice President Growth at MPS Interactive Systems. At PwC, from August 2014 to March 2018, they served as a Senior Associate and Technology Consultant in the Consumer and Industry Products and Services group. Their role involved leading global teams in implementing web and mobile mapping solutions for Fortune 500 utilities. Sphurti specialized in asset management and spatial workstream lead.

Sphurti also gained experience in teaching and project management. Sphurti worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from January 2013 to May 2014. Additionally, they took on the role of a Project Manager at LINC from August 2013 to December 2013. In 2013, they also interned as a Strategic Resources Intern-General Insurance at State Farm.
