Cricke Rosengren has a diverse work experience in various industries. Cricke began their career as a CFD engineer at ÅF, where they conducted technical calculations for fluid mechanics and combustion analysis. Cricke then transitioned to Devex Mekatronik AB as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they focused on mechanical design and surface modeling for products such as office chairs and camera flashes.

After that, Rosengren became a Project Manager at Oresund Drydocks AB and led various projects. Cricke then joined Atlas Copco as a Project Leader in R&D, where they identified customer values and managed multi-disciplinary development projects. Cricke'sresponsibilities included product design, mechanical design, electrical design, and software control.

Rosengren then moved on to Arcam AB as a Customer Project Manager, ensuring the delivery, installation, and commissioning of EBM systems for customers. Cricke later became a Project Manager and Chief Product Owner at Arcam AB, overseeing the development and industrialization of Electron Beam Melting 3D printers for the Aerospace Industry. Cricke also initiated the transformation of the R&D department according to the Scaled Agile Framework.

Following that, Rosengren joined Volvo Penta and held the role of Area Sales Manager Marine, MU Nordic. Cricke managed key accounts, sustained existing business, and identified new opportunities. Cricke also served as a Product Owner for the Diesel Aquamatic Drive product range, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the competitiveness of the marine propulsion solution.

Rosengren then joined X Shore | 100% Electric Boats, where they held multiple roles. Initially, they were the Head of Programs and Products, responsible for strategic supply and product planning. Cricke then became the Chief Technology Officer, overseeing the R&D department and developing the product roadmap. Currently, they serve as the Head of Product at ChargeNode.

Throughout their career, Rosengren has demonstrated expertise in project management, product development, and strategic planning. Cricke has also implemented agile methodologies and played a key role in transforming R&D departments.

In 2022-2023, Cricke attended Chalmers University of Technology and studied Rechargeable Battery Systems TRA105 (4HP) as part of their educational program.

From 2005 to 2007, Cricke pursued a Master's degree in Naval Architecture at Chalmers University of Technology.

In 2004-2005, Cricke engaged in complementary education at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. Their studies focused on mechanical engineering with a major in internal combustion engines.

Between 2000 and 2003, Cricke attended Halmstad University and completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Innovation Engineering.

Cricke has also obtained several additional certifications. In April 2019, they received a Small Powerboat and Rib Master certification from the International Yacht Training (IYT). In March 2019, Cricke obtained a Handhavande snabba fartyg (HSF) certification from Transportstyrelsen. In November 2018, they earned both a Fartygsbefäl klass VIII certification and a Maskinbefäl klass VIII certification from the Swedish Transport Agency (Transportstyrelsen). Additionally, Cricke holds the SAFe 4 Certified Agilist certification, although the institution and year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
