Joseph Kozlak

Joseph Kozlak serves as the Vice President of European Operations at Charger Global Logistics Inc. since 2024. Previously, Joseph worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Sota Consulting, where significant contributions included leading operational and sales gap analysis for Bin Yousef Cargo Qatar and crafting a network expansion plan for entering the Saudi Arabian and European markets. Joseph's extensive experience at C.H. Robinson spanned various roles including General Manager for Benelux, where oversight included a strategic transportation office and client relationship management, as well as crisis management during the COVID-19 pandemic. Joseph also held key positions at Schavemaker Logistics & Transport and the Chicago Poland Investment Group, showcasing a strong background in logistics and strategic planning. Education includes an Executive Master of Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business & Marketing from Gonzaga University.
