Aubert Vernier

Aubert Vernier is an experienced M&A professional with a strong background in project management and financial analysis. Currently serving as an M&A Project Manager at Chargeurs since June 2022, Aubert previously held various roles at Philippe Hottinguer Finance from January 2015 to June 2022, including M&A Managing Director, Vice President, and Associate. In these roles, Aubert contributed to client engagements, business development, and the creation of a private equity funds and investment banks network in Europe. Earlier experience includes positions as an M&A Analyst at DIANA and internships at H et Associes and Legendre Energie, where Aubert conducted market studies, prepared financial documents, and engaged in due diligence activities.
