Romain Dubreuil has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 27 years. Romain began their career as an Audit Supervisor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked from 1993 to 1997. Romain then joined The Walt Disney Company as a Business Analyst Supervisor from 1997 to 2000.

In 2000, Dubreuil joined Moria SA, a medical device company, where they held several leadership positions. Romain served as the Chief Financial Officer, Board Director, and COO International Operations. During their time at Moria, Dubreuil managed financial control, consolidation, accounting, IT, and legal teams. Romain also led strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Additionally, they conducted due diligence on potential targets and oversaw the integration of acquired businesses. As the COO of International Operations, Dubreuil established foreign subsidiaries in Japan and China, and supported sales and marketing plans for new product launches.

From 2017 to 2020, Dubreuil worked as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Amplitude Laser Group. In this role, they managed the finance and administration team, overseeing controllership, financial planning and analysis, accounting, international business operations, sales administration, tax, and legal functions. Dubreuil played a significant role in implementing finance procedures, dashboards, and KPIs. Romain also led a restructuring plan for one of the company's manufacturing facilities and improved cash flow through credit management and stock monitoring.

Currently, Dubreuil serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Chargeurs, a company specializing in process films, technical tapes, and specialty machines. As a member of the ExCom, they manage the FP&A, consolidation, accounting, treasury, legal, and internal control teams. Dubreuil has been instrumental in the optimization of free cash flow and working capital management. Romain also led the selection and deployment of an ERP system, as well as the roll-out of a supply chain efficiency improvement plan.

Throughout their career, Dubreuil has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and M&A transactions. Romain has a proven track record of driving profitability and cost savings through process optimization and the implementation of financial controls.

Romain Dubreuil obtained their MBA Degree in Marketing and Finance from Brest Business School in 1991. Romain then pursued a Master's degree in Audit & Consulting from ESCP Business School, which they completed in 1992.
