Christopher Birster

Christopher Birster has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Christopher began their career as an Ammo Team Chief with the PA Army National Guard, then moved on to become a System Developer Analyst at Accenture in 2014. Christopher then joined SAP National Security Services as a SAP Certified Application Associate, where they trained in modeling and data management with SAP BW 7.3 & SAP BI 4.0. In 2015, they took on two roles: a Consultant and Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte, as well as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Penn State Alumni Association - Adams County. In 2018, they worked as a Cloud Software Engineer at Cloudreach, then moved on to become a Specialist Senior at Deloitte in 2019. Most recently, they have been a Senior Systems Engineer at Tapestry Technologies, Inc. since 2020, and is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Chariot Solutions.

Christopher Birster obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Penn State University in 2014. Christopher then obtained certifications in Neo4j Certified Professional from Neo4j in May 2019, Big Data Hadoop Foundations and Big Data Foundations from IBM in February 2016, R Programming from Coursera Course Certificates in January 2016, The Data Scientist’s Toolbox from Coursera Course Certificates in November 2015, and SAP Certified Application Associate in Modeling and Data Management with SAP BW 7.3 and SAP BI 4.0 from SAP in November 2014. Christopher also began a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2017, which is still in progress. Additionally, they have a Machine Learning Engineer Nanodegree from Udacity, which they started in 2016, and a CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA, which they obtained in June 2020.
