Kurt Heikkinen

Kurt Heikkinen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology and SaaS companies. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Forj, a community-driven learning platform, Kurt also contributes as a Board Member for CharismaQ and UrbanBound. Previously, Kurt held significant positions, including CEO of Modern Hire, where a successful merger and market growth were realized, and Managing Partner at Codeworks, Inc., leading notable growth. Other roles include Vice President at both Metavante and Evolve Software, contributing to product innovation and successful exits. Kurt's early career at PeopleSoft involved significant contributions to scaling the organization from $50 million to over $1 billion. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
