Joe Crome

Joe Crome, CAP®, currently serves as the Head of Business Development and Head of the CAF American Donor Fund at the Charities Aid Foundation, where Joe leads initiatives for dual US/UK taxpayers to facilitate effective charitable giving. Previously, Joe was the Director of Philanthropy at the Community Foundation for Surrey, focusing on strategic donor engagement for local charities. Joe also held the position of District Councillor for Leatherhead North, advocating for community issues, and served as General Manager for both the Leatherhead Youth Project and Liquid Connection, overseeing substantial growth and program development in youth services. Additional experience includes roles at Givey, WaterAid, and earlier positions at Leatherhead Youth Project, highlighting a strong commitment to philanthropy and community support throughout Joe's career.
