Stefano Bianco

Stefano Bianco is an experienced production manager with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as Responsable de production at Charles & Alice since December 2019, Stefano oversees the production of approximately 50,000 tonnes of compotes annually across multiple lines. Prior roles include Directeur de production at Alsace Lait, where 145 million litres of milk were processed yearly, and Responsable du site Fromager de Lons for Les Fromageries Occitanes, managing the production of various cheeses and a team of 90 employees. Stefano has also held leadership positions at Fromagerie de l'Abbaye, where strategic product development and significant investments were made to enhance production standards. Educational credentials include a BTS in Agro-industrial processes with a specialization in dairy.
