Jesse Warnke

Jesse Warnke is an experienced leader in the fields of operations, engineering, and supply chain, currently serving as Practice Leader at Charles Aris Executive Search since November 2024. Previously, Jesse held the position of Vice President of Laboratory Products at Hamilton Company, a global leader in lab automation technology, from December 2020 to November 2024. Prior roles include Director of Manufacturing at Tesla and various management positions at Brady Corporation, including International Multi Site Plant Manager and Lean Facilitator. Jesse began the professional career as a Test Engineer at GE Healthcare and a Mechanical Engineer at Sonnax. Jesse earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, completing the degree in 2005.
